PLATFORM-TP

GSM-TP provides production floor technicians with the hands-on skills necessary to troubleshoot products in a production environment where GSM® Platform machines are used. This course focuses on the key aspects of troubleshooting products on the GSM.

P(UPS+)

Platform Machine Programming(UPS+) provides the knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience necessary to program products on Universal's surface mount platform machines that are using UPS+ software. Some of the platform machines that use UPS+ software are the GSM, Genesis, AdVantis, and Vantis machines.

GSM-P

GSM-P provides customers with the knowledge, skills and hands-on experience necessary to program products on Universal® GSM™ Platform machines (GSM1™, GSM2™, GSMx™, GSMxs™), using the OS2 based UPS. The default heads discussed during training are the Flex Head and the FlexJet™ head.

GSM-OM

During this class, trainees receive the knowledge and skills necessary to operate (OS/2 UPS) and perform preventive maintenance on GSM platform machine. While class activities focus on the GSM platform, most of the concepts and skills learned in this class can be easily applied to other platform products.

FX_HF-M-L2

This course module provides the knowledge and skills necessary for maintaining Universal's four spindle Flex Head (includes C4/Hi-Force Head) and nozzle changer. This course does not include basic GSM® Platform maintenance and operation tasks.

GSM-E-L2

Provides students with the knowledge and skills to troubleshoot electrical subsystems of the GSM Genesis platform. If you have multiple types of Universal Platform products, the PLATFORM-E-L2(UPS+) course may better meet your needs

GEN-OPM

During this course, trainees receive the basic skills necessary to operate, program, and perform preventive maintenance on a Genesis (FJ/FJ) Platform. Trainees also learn to access and interpret the machine's Management Information.

GEN-OM

During this class, trainees receive the knowledge and skills necessary to operate (UPS+) and perform preventive maintenance on Genesis platform. While class activities focus on the Genesis platform, most of the concepts and skills learned in this class can be easily applied to other Universal platform products

GEN-E-L2

Provides students with the knowledge and skills to troubleshoot electrical subsystems of the GSM Genesis platform. If you have multiple types of Universal Platform products, the PLATFORM-E-L2(UPS+) course may better meet your needs. Refer to the PLATFORM-E-L2(UPS+) course description for more information.
